Email Marketing Account Audit + Strategy
Let me get obsessed with your email marketing strategy, starting with an email audit for your Klaviyo, Active Campaign or MailerLite account.
An email audit is for you if…
… your email conversion rate is low and you’re unsure why.
… you only contact your list when you’ve something to sell and think a sustainable growth strategy sounds right up your alley.
… your business has grown quickly and you need to get strategic about your opt in, segmentation, automation (flows), campaigns… like, yesterday!
… you want to get started with Klaviyo, Active Campaign or MailerLite and want an email marketing strategy that is going to help you reach your revenue goals.
The good news is it’s never not too late to get an email marketing account audit done for your business!
When you build a customer experience that prioritises human-to-human interaction over selling to the masses, you’ll easily turn followers into customers, customers into repeat buyers and raving fans. Happy days!
What’s included in an email marketing account audit?
This is a custom email audit and growth plan that is based on your marketing strategy, goals and any historical results you have.
3-STEP AUDIT PROCESS
1 – The Briefing
Includes a client collaboration session to ‘get inside your head’ about your business, goals and ideas. Nobody knows your business and customers like you do, and your insights give me important information that helps shape your strategy and customer journey.
2 – Your Audit
After our session, I go away and carry out your audit. This takes approx. one week.
3 – Your Strategy
Your easy to follow (and actionable) audit is presented to you over Zoom. It includes your very own Email Marketing Account Audit + tailored Strategy to take away, and there’s plenty of time for questions!
The email marketing account audit includes:
Understanding your current customer journey (if applicable).
Reviewing your current account set up including site integration and third party apps.
Understanding your current email rates for engagement and conversion.
Reviewing your list growth rate, list health, segmentation and cleaning.
Reviewing your sign up process including what incentive you’re offering to get people to sign up, how you’re promoting your sign up and how they’re being nurtured once they join.
Email template set up including, creative layout, readability and accessibility.
Reviewing your content + how subscribers interact with your copy.
Automations (flows) – what is in place, is missing, needs improving and is active but ‘dead’.
What campaigns are being sent vs. what opportunities there are to engage and convert subscribers.
Deliverability issues and how to improve your sender reputation.
My Email Account Audit + Strategy is my entrée to working with me if you choose to do so. Otherwise, if you’re into DIY, this service will get you where you need to be.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll hope on a call and go through next steps.
Yes, absolutely! I can look at your current business set up and outline how you should proceed with your email marketing strategy. In saying that, you do need to have signed up to your email marketing platform and performed basic set up.
That’s great! At the end of the day, if you’re emails aren’t converting as well as you’d like, you need to get this diagnosed so it doesn’t hurt your overall sender reputation.
You may also be too close to your business (and emails) to understand what needs to change. This is natural so having someone else audit your email strategy may be just what you need.
If you’re not set up yet, I recommend researching one of the following platforms:
Service-based businesses = Active Campaign.
e-Commerce businesses = Klaviyo.
An easy-to-use email marketing program is MailerLite and is great for both service and e-commerce businesses.
First, we need to see if we’re a good fit. So once you’ve completed this Google Form, I will be in touch with my calendar link to book in a time that suits you.
We’ll have an initial 15 minute chat and I’ll answer any questions you have. If you choose to go ahead, I’ll provide you with a questionnaire / brief to fill in + invoice for the full amount + ask you to read and sign my Terms and Conditions document.
Once you’ve completed the brief and paid the invoice, we will have our Client Collab session over Zoom (60 minutes).
After that, your audit is with me for about 7 days. I’ll notify you once it’s ready and we’ll meet for the last time to go through it together. You’ll get to ask me any questions you may have.
